“I will have to say my experience at Optica has been the best experience I ever experience. I first spotted that place at the south Coast Plaza mall back in 2017. I went in there for the very first time and since the first time that I stepped foot in there, there were so helpful they answer all my questions my concerns. They actually took the time to really help me out and understand what my needs were as far as Optical glasses or sunglasses. I never felt pressure or uncomfortable being in there. Ever since then, I made six purchases already there a couple for myself and then I took back my daughter to get her Cartier Optical glasses Cause I wanted her to experience the hospitality they gave me when I first went in there. My daughter was so happy to be in there. They helped us out with her Cartier panther glasses. They even mailed it back to her house because at that time she was living in Georgia, so they took the time to mail it back to Georgia.Sherri martini and her staff are some of the greatest people in the hospitality business I recently went back there this past Saturday cause I needed some extra parts for my Cartier glasses, screws, and nose pads I was there for 45 minutes or about an hour inside the store and she really helped me go through all her inventory just to help me out and find a couple of stuff that I needed for extra parts for my glasses if that’s not hospitality and patience I don’t know what is once again if you’re looking for designer glasses or Optical glasses in my opinion, you need to go to Optica they have the largest selection of designer glasses anywhere.
