Since filing my recent review on 2/5, I have had serious and credible responses from the owner - Dr David. He is personally engaged, was aware of some issues and has already taken the necessary steps to not only resolve my problems but to also set right some other deficiencies including those derived from their supplier of lenses. Having know Dr David for many years, I know he takes personal pride and ownership in this practice and I am confident that the quality products and services that I have know for years will be there again in the future. I appreciate his personal involvement in resolving my issues.
Recently had to get a routine check up/refill contacts, and had a fantastic experience. Dr. David and the team at Eyesite in Newport Coast are professional, friendly, accommodating, and do an outstanding job making the process as painless and affordable as possible. Great location and staff.
