“I can’t thank Brian & Daniel enough for their help over the holidays. The temples for my surgical loupes were loose and one actually came off. I called the company that made the surgical loupes and I was told that the turn around time for the repair was 2 weeks plus shipping time, which wasn’t going to work. I decided to come to Pearls Vision to see if they can fix them. Thankfully, I had the replacement temples, but unfortunately the screws that came with them didn’t fit. So, Brian went out of his way to get me the screws and repair the loupes without a charge! If this isn’t exception customer service then I don’t know what is!! They’ll be definitely my go to optometrist for exams and frames in the future & I highly recommend you give them a try as well! Once again, thank you so much for taking care of the repair!!“
“I've been going to the Mission Viejo Optometric since I was a kid and the transition since Sandy has been seamless and my visits get better every time. Everyone there, along with Dr. Walsh bring a very knowledgable and professional approach while providing the best care starting from the first "Hello" once you walk through the door. This center has advanced technology and tests that help Dr. Walsh and the office associates make informed and proactive approaches to treatment and solutions. Lara helped with my tests today and she was so gentle with each procedure. I was also surprised that she knows so much about opthamology and optometry without going to school for it! Dr. Walsh makes sure that no rock is left unturned to come to the best prescription and fit for you. With the help of the new testing she and Lara educated me, for the first time ever, about the state of my eyelid glands and how it contributes to eye dryness. Jenny then took care of me when selecting new frames and loved each look she pulled. I feel that Jenny, Sao and Lara and with the other associates actively listen to and understand your concerns on top of facilitating a safe and supportive shopping experience. It feels like you're with friends who have your best interest in mind and they're not afraid to tell you when a pair of glasses are unflattering. After selecting your glasses they are also so so helpful when breaking down numbers to get the best financial solution and approach together. They will have you leaving the shop feeling confident with your choice in eyewear and in higher spirits! Not to mention the convenience of texting! “It had been years since my last eye appt & with a new job, meant new insurance. My glasses were really scratched up & the prescription was glaringly outdated, so I needed to find a new eye doctor asap. The online appt system was fairly straightforward & easy to use (advice: be sure to properly input your insurance info when scheduling your appt -- trust me, it streamlined the entire process & you'll thank yourself later). The next day, I received a call confirming my future appt & confirming that my insurance was indeed accepted at their office. That's about as easy as it gets. At the appt, I was promptly greeted at the front desk; the office is clean, neat & well-organized. Pam was incredibly kind, welcoming & super professional. I appreciate how direct & transparent Pam was whilst placing the order for my lenses & frames. She presented all options available & made sure I was getting exactly what I requested. During my appt, Dr. Huang was very patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. The entirety of my visit was full of professionalism and guidance, and it felt like I was in good hands. Also! Very important for me: not once was I pushed for any sort of upsale for frames, lenses, etc. (unlike what I've experienced at other offices bbefore). It was clear, yet subtle that Dr. Huang was trying to help me select a pair that was, not only similar to my original frames, but within a comfortable price range for me. And I will forever be grateful for that.And a final thing to note: I requested for a copy of my Rx and not only did Dr. Huang give me a handwritten hard copy, but Pam also emailed it to me along with the invoice list that very same evening!
