I have been going to this location to renew my contacts since 2018. I moved to IE from OC a few years ago to start grad school but I still come here to renew my contacts because the team has taken great care of me. I wanted to write a review this year since what Daniel did for me was outstanding. The manufacturer of my astigmatism contacts had been back-ordered for 4 months and they only shipped half of my contacts. During these 4 months of waiting, Daniel went out of his way to get trial contacts bi-weekly and drove all the way to IE, and dropped them off at my house. Although I just went in and have not received my glasses yet, the staff (Especially Peter!) took the time to answer any questions and help with my eyeglass selection. They even stayed after hours until I was comfortable and satisfied with my selection!
