Had an incredible experience at Warby Parker thanks to the wonderful staffs! Daniel was very knowledgable and extremely patient and kind, making my visit a breeze. I had forgotten my phone at the store and Daniel was a super track star and sprinted about half a mile to chase me down to give me back my phone.
I was putting on my glasses when one of the tiny screws popped out and fell down the sink drain. (Yes, I’m hopeless.) Since they’re Warby Parker frames, I was able to go into the store and get them repaired and cleaned for free in a few minutes. Big thanks to Lupe for fixing them quickly and being so friendly. Great experience!
Very nice staff in the store and dr. Tran was super knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I loved all the explanation of each step of the exam and the results. By far the best eye exam I've had!!
