“We are building a new house and purchased all of our windows from Sierra Pacific Windows with our salesman Daniel. We decided to have our bifold doors fold in instead of out.
I contacted Daniel to see if that was possible, he said he would contact his technicians and get back to me. He informed me that we could replace the frame and then we could use the same doors. We then replaced the frame, but the technician apparently didn't realize that it wouldn't work because the rod is off-center in the doors. At this point, their technician came back out, and he realized that the rod and the door was offset and the doors would not close properly. He said that two of the four doors had to be replaced. At this point, Sierra Pacific doors stepped up and took
responsibility and paid for the cost of the new doors.

Ben brought window samples so we could see the quality and decide on the style and they were all made to order in less than 6 weeks even with the holiday. I am far from being a window expeet so I appreciated all of Ben and Becky's reccomendations, their price was lower than our local Milgard dealer, and the quality and warranty appear to be better. “G. Lurie did a great job refurbishing our two older aluminum sliding windows. Alex and his team repaired a cracked window with a separated aluminum frame edge that I brought to their shop, and did it for a reasonable price. Another window with a separated aluminum frame needed an on-site visit from Vladimir and his partner. In both cases, the wheels needed to be fixed to make it slide properly. I'm very happy with their attention to detail and would use them again.“
