He was very courteous on the phone and asked me to send a picture of the damage. Andres and his assistant showed up at 3am, cleaned up all the glass and boarded everything up. The emergency board up cost was very reasonable. His team came back several days later and replaced the front door glass that was smashed and did a beautiful job. She really helped make the process go so smoothly by arranging for someone to come out to ensure that I had the proper measurements to getting the window ordered to arranging for the replacement to be completed within a couple weeks!
