“Wanted to review our customer service experience. We've owned a Flip Out Window for 3 years now and it's been great to us. A month ago, we noticed that there was a seal starting to come loose. The window was still functional and no water was getting through. We notified Flip Out and they came out within 48 hours to replace the seals without charge. The team disassembled the window and took the extra time to replace all of the seals.
