Purchased Shamrock windows/sliding doors 20 yrs ago with “LIFETIME” warranty. The lock on one door gave us trouble recently. We called to get a recommendation for someone to fix the lock. Sent them a video of the issue. Shamrock came, fixed the problem (true to their warranty) “NO CHARGE!” Now that is what we call service and integrity!!!!

Shamrock replaced our windows and doors 15 plus years ago and the job they did was superior. Dan and Jackie are knowledgeable, transparent and low key, with excellent follow through. They have also helped us with replacing glass in a french door that wasn't their original handiwork. Dan came out this year to consult on installing a cantina door and gave us great counsel (even though we decided not to go that route). I refer them any chance I get.

We have had Shamrock out on two separate occasions. They are absolutely wonderful! They worked with our availability, very quick installation and super clean! Their workers are always great to work with. I'm going to be having them come out again to replace more windows in the very near future!
