“GOOD PEOPLE!!! - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Back in 2019 when I needed my window screen repaired I stumbled on Benson's and they came and installed it for me for free! Although I thought I would call them if I needed a repair in the future, I didn't actually think I would ever need any window repairs.Well, I ended up needing my sliding glass door repaired. I called Bensons and they were ready to come out that day! Other companies do not repair sliding glass doors, they only do entire replacements. The problem with the door was very complicated and I wasn't sure if it could be salvaged. But, they did it and saved me money and additional stress. Very kind, hardworking and honest people. I highly recommend using this company for any & all screen & glass repairs. At this point they've got a lifetime customer in me.“

“We had a vandalism at our office at midnight. After the police left, I called several emergency board up services that claim they open 24/7; none of them answered my call. I left voicemails and none of them called back. I was so lucky to find Board Up Dominquez. Andres picked up the phone after two rings. He was very courteous on the phone and asked me to send a picture of the damage. Andres and his assistant showed up at 3am, cleaned up all the glass and boarded everything up. The emergency board up cost was very reasonable. His team came back several days later and replaced the front door glass that was smashed and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend Board Up Dominguez.“

She really helped make the process go so smoothly by arranging for someone to come out to ensure that I had the proper measurements to getting the window ordered to arranging for the replacement to be completed within a couple weeks! When I called for a quote on a custom window Jan was pleasant at first, things took a sharp turn when she asked how old I was I told her my age and she responded with "you were raped as a child" then proceeded to tell me how I needed to be educated in psychology and that art would get me nowhere. She then proceeded to tell me how she herself is a survivor of SA and incest, a lot to unpack in a conversation that I kept trying to direct back to stained glass, she told me I had no business being married and that my children were unloved and I must be an unfit mother, I'd like to add that I hadn't said anything besides "hi, I'd like a quote on a window" then my age. This was ALL JAN ALL THE TIME! Before she hung up on me she said "don't call back until you speak like Hillary Clinton" I don't know what that means but I've been working on my impression to impress what may or may not be the greatest experience of my life. If you can't take the heat stay outta the castle 6/5 stars!“
