“We had all our windows, slider and a kitchen door replaced by Offshore. We had a great experience from the initial in-home sales meeting with Ben and Becky through the installation with Elijah. Ben brought window samples so we could see the quality and decide on the style and they were all made to order in less than 6 weeks even with the holiday. I am far from being a window expeet so I appreciated all of Ben and Becky's reccomendations, their price was lower than our local Milgard dealer, and the quality and warranty appear to be better. Seemed like a no-brainer!

The windows came in when they said they would and install was quick and clean. Elijah was a pro and communicated clearly; walking us through everything we needed to know to operate and maintain the windows/doors. We could not be more pleased with the process and their company.“

The window was still functional and no water was getting through. We notified Flip Out and they came out within 48 hours to replace the seals without charge.
