“We had a couple of issues from past installation that we reached out to have Anderson correct. One was a leaking area that would only happen during heavy rain with our garden window. Next we had a closing latch break. On the window, they responded quickly and very efficiently to repair the item. We just came through a time with some good amount of rain and the window performed beautifully. On the latch we called and they were out within a day to replace both handles. I cannot give high enough marks to the professionalism, courtesy, and promptness that this team has provided our family. I dealt with supervisor Kirk, and could not have been more elated with him. His demeanor was calm, confident and believed his staff were to be the best. I would have to echo that sentiment. My wife's family used to have a window manufacturing business in San Diego. As a competitor, they always viewed Anderson as their number one nemesis, With the results from this group,I can understand why they are the very best. We highly recommend this company. “Took my Toyota Corolla here about 2 weeks ago to have the full car tinted including the front windshield. I was very happy with everything. A nice lady showed me all of the different options for tint and pricing (sorry I forgot your name). Their estimated time was accurate and I even got a discount. “I stopped by Rancho Santa Margarita Glass to get help drilling holes in a light fixture bulb cover I ordered online. The cover was suppose to have holes in it to hang on the fixture and it didn’t. I took it to RSM glass and he drilled holes in it for me right where I needed them without breaking the glass.“

“Our old wooden gates were getting warped and disgusting and could only open like 2 feet, so we paid for our upgrade! The aluminum is light weight but secure and now we have actual locks to make sure neighbor kids don’t sneak into our pool when we aren’t home.
