“This review is overdue. I had my house treated by Solo for both subterranean and drywood termites 10 years ago. At the time, Solo was the only pest control company I spoke with that wasn’t pushing tenting — and based on my research, that was exactly what I wanted.

Since then, we’ve seen no further evidence of subterranean termites, and any new signs of drywood activity have been treated during annual inspections by Steve. Why am I confident these were real cases of new activity? For one thing, after 10 years of working with him, I trust Steve. For another, he always shows me exactly what he’s found and explains whether it is — or isn’t — evidence of termites. He also keeps records and has an excellent memory for previously treated spots, so he avoids false positives.

County Roofing ((949) 597-0192) did an inspection and wrote a report that my roof was fine, which I emailed Liberty. They kept emailing me back rejecting it saying they were going to cancel me unless I fixed the roof's alleged mildew/moss/etc problems. I was getting ready to sign up with Lemonade insurance or Seaview Insurance (suggested by Paul my great insurance guy 949-366-1080). Suddenly I got a letter saying they reevaluated the situation and weren't going to cancel me. I don't know if this tactic will work for everyone but I wanted to share this. Good luck everyone and thank you S. County roofing for saving the day.“

They took off all tiles, replaced termite eaten and rotten plywood, replaced worn underlayment, and waited for termite tenting before replacing all the tiles. They were not the lowest estimate among five I had gotten, but not the highest either. They did the work in a timely, efficient, and very professional fashion. There was one glitch that was discovered later, but Jay made good on that with no fuss or argument. “Mid-high peak rainy time, especially this year, I had a leak in my roof and called up RCI. They scheduled to come out only a couple days after to take a look. I received a call back later that day, stating they were in the area if we were available to come take a look that same day! Both Chuck and Shannon were so kind and friendly, really great people. They were able to get a quote out to me in just a couple days. I thought there was no way I could get any one out to fix the leak in time for the next set of rainy days. Even in peak busy season, they were able to schedule an appointment to fix a week later. RCI stated they would be there at 8am, and they were there exactly on time, even a little early. The job was a bit messy, needing to replace tiles and the metal flash pieces. They left the front and side yard spotless. The price was super reasonable. I don't yet know how the repair will hold up, since it was just completed last week. All around, great experience.“

“If you are an animal lover, think of this company first. While I didn't use them for a roofing issue, they came to my rescue when nobody else would. My cat got up on the roof w/o a way down. My apt complex wouldn't allow the maintenance guy go on the roof and even the fire dept wouldn't help, but Jeremiah and his partner didn't hesitate.
