Gladly we got Outer Shield Roofing recommended by one of my neighbor; and just one call, they came to estimate the cost. Thanks to Erandi and Alejandro, they got the city permit and start fixing within a month. Everything is solved quickly, I like the way they communicate, they even take pics and video to show me the process. “Dean came over yesterday to check out a water spot that formed on our ceiling after all the rain we've been having. My husband contacted many different roofing companies and Dean was the only one to come over (same day) and gave us honest advice. No work was done (we have a metal roof, and apparently there's some other issues with the way it was originally installed, which we were not aware of earlier), but he spent a lot of time explaining and provided many pearls of roof wisdom...best of all, he did this at ZERO charge. “I have had a minor leak in my roof for some time, and finally decided to get something done about it. It's the kind of leak that was hard to detect what is exactly causing it. Daniel came right out and took a thorough look and helped me to determine the likely cause, which turned out to be gaps in my chimney caulking. Daniel came out the following day and caulked it, as well as preventative caulking elsewhere and other minor fixes. The job was done on time and on budget. It was nice not to have a pushy salesperson trying to sell me a new roof, when my tile roof overall is in pretty good condition.“

“We had a very old roof in desperate need of replacing. I met with 8 different roofing companies, a couple of which declined to even give me a bid because of the complexity of the project (we have a very narrow driveway/bridge, the home is custom and the roof has a lot going on including copper features, and the house is built into a hillside which make scaffolding tricky). Anyway, Ozone's bid came back in roughly the same ballpark as the other roofers. So my bottom line became who do I have the most confidence in in their ability and experience with the roofing products I had already chosen. I wanted to use a composite slate tile by DaVinci. When I had mentioned this to Spencer he shared that his company had installed DaVinci tiles many times and they had even installed it on his brother's home. The installation process went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. The crew was friendly, considerate, on time in the mornings, they cleaned up at the close of every day, and they moved the project along in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns that I had I texted Spencer and he got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. He made sure that I was 100% happy with my beautiful new roof. The roof is absolutely lovely. We are so pleased with the results and our choice to go with Ozone Roofing.“

“Had a leak in my tile roof and called Damond out to take a look. I thought I had an underlayment problem and was ready to tear off an entire section of roof but he inspected and determined that it was just a flashing issue which he repaired at far lower cost than I expected. He's a busy guy (this happened in late fall just before the rainy season) so I had to wait a while for the work to be done but once completed the problem was solved. Based on my experience, this is an honest roofing company that gives good value and will not try to rip you off.“
