I can highly recommend Jay / Pacific Crest Roofing. During the storms near the end of’25 our concrete tile roof suddenly decided to start leaking. I had three contractors come out, two recommended full roof replacements. Jay was the only one who recommended a simple and direct fix of repairing two valleys. His work was fast, saved me thousands and thousands of dollars, and 100% fixed the problem.
Pacific Crest did a major roofing job for us. They took off all tiles, replaced termite eaten and rotten plywood, replaced worn underlayment, and waited for termite tenting before replacing all the tiles. They were not the lowest estimate among five I had gotten, but not the highest either. But my decision to go with them was based on the expertise I experienced when the roof was looked at before the estimate was given and the reviews I read on Yelp. I was not disappointed. They did the work in a timely, efficient, and very professional fashion. There was one glitch that was discovered later, but Jay made good on that with no fuss or argument. You get what you pay for, and that is exactly the great experience we had with Pacific Crest.
Jay is a straight up guy that knows his business. After meeting with him I immediately knew he was the right guy for me. He reviewed the various routes we could go and we ended up with a tile reset. They resheeted the entire roof, installed two layers of the best paper, and obviously replaced all the broken tiles as well. As a neighbor, I wanted to use him so I never got another quote. His crew knocked it out in a week and I am happy that I chose PCR!
