“We got our house 12 years ago, knowing that the roof was old but didn't think that it was damaged badly inside. Gladly we got Outer Shield Roofing recommended by one of my neighbor; and just one call, they came to estimate the cost. Thanks to Erandi and Alejandro, they got the city permit and start fixing within a month. Everything is solved quickly, I like the way they communicate, they even take pics and video to show me the process. The cost is reasonable too; even though, I added some extra fix, they were happy to negotiate the new price and re-write the contract. The whole house was replaced new shiplaps, applied new plywood and shingles within 3 days, that was amazing. I also like the way David took care of my patio as a outside job. I highly recommend Outer Shield Roofing crew. I really appreciate their hard work and time manner.“

“Dean came over yesterday to check out a water spot that formed on our ceiling after all the rain we've been having. My husband contacted many different roofing companies and Dean was the only one to come over (same day) and gave us honest advice. No work was done (we have a metal roof, and apparently there's some other issues with the way it was originally installed, which we were not aware of earlier), but he spent a lot of time explaining and provided many pearls of roof wisdom...best of all, he did this at ZERO charge. Five stars and beyond for going over and above our expectations! Side note, he's an awesome drummer in a legit band! Thanks for the little lesson at the end :)“

“Had a leak in my tile roof and called Damond out to take a look. I thought I had an underlayment problem and was ready to tear off an entire section of roof but he inspected and determined that it was just a flashing issue which he repaired at far lower cost than I expected. He's a busy guy (this happened in late fall just before the rainy season) so I had to wait a while for the work to be done but once completed the problem was solved. Based on my experience, this is an honest roofing company that gives good value and will not try to rip you off.“

“I received a questionable message from my mortgage insurance company that they detected some damage on the roof and I'd need to have it repaired before they can renew my insurance next year. I had Purpose Roofing come by and check my roof and after doing a thorough inspection they concluded my roof was perfectly fine. They went the extra mile and contacted my insurance to get clarification on their initial message about my roof damage and it turns out that the insurance miscommunicated. They merely wanted me to have my roof inspected to make sure there was no damage. Arthur and team were completely professional and responsive. They took the extra time to understand my needs and also did the extra work to resolve the issue with my insurance.
