Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service! I already knew how good OC Solar was with the products they carry and the service level they provide (since I purchased my panels from them some time ago), but I just have to pile on/up the anti over the high-level, personalized care and guidance they (both Don in sales and Michael, the Sales Manager) gave me when it came time to add on storage for my system. While I am not really up to date on all the ins and outs of this field, that proved to be no problem with the patience and expertise they brough to the table. Thanks SO much, Don and Michael.

Chris was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made this process very easy. We got many quotes and their price was competitive and their customer service made the decision to choose them a no-brainer. The team as a whole was very responsive and prompt throughout the entire process and we cannot recommend them enough to anyone considering solar.

OC Solar just completed a complicated (well to me at least) entirely new solar system and took out a system that was quite possibly one of the first solar systems installed residentially and we couldn't be happier with the whole process. I had reached out to many companies to look at the old broken system we had. Sadly, quite a few charged to come out and say there was nothing they could do. OC Solar not only tried to fix it but was the only company to take the time to explain to me how the old system worked (or actually didn't work) and what the issues were.
