“Had to get my first ever mammogram. And it was a very non scary experience. The reception area is nice and the receptionist was courteous and efficient. No wait. My appointment started as soon as I finished filling out my form. My technician was Nadia and she was kind, friendly, gave clear instructions and made the mammogram an easy experience for me. The only annoying thing was it took almost a week to get my results. My Dr office had to call them to get the results. I wish they would be faster with that.“

“I’ve been coming to this office for the past 7 years, and the front desk staff (especially Alison, but truly everyone) deserves a gold medal. They are always welcoming, professional, and efficient.

I’ve mostly seen Kathy Kogar, who has been consistently informative, helpful, and great at addressing any questions or concerns. She follows up thoroughly and is very detailed with her exams, which I’ve always appreciated.

The office and bathrooms are always clean, which makes every visit more comfortable.

What I think could be improved: I haven’t interacted much with the doctors themselves (other than when I had a cesarean — Dr. Sullivan was wonderful), even though my visits are billed at doctor-level fees. It would be nice if the doctors were a bit more present during regular visits.

That said, the excellent staff, attentive care, and overall positive experience keep me giving this office 5 stars.“

“Dr. Leach and his office staff are wonderful. I work in healthcare; so, my standards and expectations are set high. Both Dr. Leach and Suzanne, PA-C are compassionate, informative, and deliver top notch bedside manner. Dr. Leach delivered my son via cesarean section with no complications and minimal pain; he even played my favorite music station during the operation. I’ve had ZERO issues with this office; i.e., billing, appointments, office staff. I’ve been a patient for approximately 5-years, ever since moving to the East Bay and I can say hands down, this is one of the best offices you can choose for your OBGYN needs!“

“Dr. Gerdes was phenomenal during my second pregnancy & delivery. My daughter was delivered 11 years ago today and I'll never forget it was also Carol's birthday. My daughter has heard the story of her birth, and how cool it was that the doctor who delivered her did it on her birthday too! Funny to leave a review a decade later, but Carol was such a wonderful, calming, caring & knowledgeable help throughout the many months of pregnancy & after, so much so, that we honor her & say a "Happy Birthday Dr. Gerdes too!" every year when our daughter has one. So this is our way of saying thanks for all you do & hope your birthday is a magical one too, wherever you are! If she's still practicing, I cannot recommend her highly enough.“

“Dr. Craig was amazing! I switched over to her after dealing with a very rude male OB for my pregnancy with my second daughter. Dr. Craig was so supportive and helpful in aiding me in my natural birth and after for other OB issues. I am so sad that she retired as I would love to have her deliver any future children of mine. I would give her more stars if possible!“

“Dr a Wang is simply the best! She is through MDVIP, so you need to go through that program to have her, but it's well worth it! She is caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, and extremely responsive and on top of things. She's a keeper!“

“In a thirty-five year period I was misdiagnosed as having chronic urinary tract infections and I was administered frequent antibiotics. In that period of time I saw over 10 Physicians including 6 Urologists during which time I had unmeasurable suffering. Luckily, in 2006 I was referred to Dr. Eugene Kaplan in Walnut Creek, CA. My referring Gynecology/Oncologist said to me that Dr. Kaplan was like a 'Medical Detective' who diagnosed conditions that other MD's could not find. I was told that many MD's including UroGynecologists send their patients to Dr. Kaplan for this very reason. On my initial visit, Dr. Kaplan listened very intently to me and told me of his suspicion that I had a condition called Interstitial Cystitis. To further explain IC he drew a picture of the condition so that I could understand what was happening in my body. He subsequently performed an outpatient procedure which confirmed his diagnosis. Dr. Kaplan started me on a treatment plan that has completely changed my life for the better. I finally started living a full life again. I have never recommended a medical professional, however, Dr. Eugene Kaplan is such an excellent diagnostician with regard to Interstitial Cystitis that anyone with bladder issues should have the opportunity to meet with him. Dr. Kaplan should be recognized for his ability to diagnose and treat this disabling condition. Dr. Kaplan is not only compassionate but he is a true healer and a personal hero of mine.“

“Dr Crockett has been my OBGYN for a decade now. He also delivered my daughter. I would highly recommend he is very patient, professional, and kind doctor. I feel very comfortable asking him questions.“

“I haven't been a client in a long time but I wanted to state that after having baby a few friends had babies & I truly appreciate Mr Friedman always being diligent throughout pregnancy. My friend had an emergency c section because no NST's were done & she was never properly monitored. I always felt overly monitored although I had GD I was handling it fine so I didn't see the need but now I do. I'm so grateful for all of the monitoring I had to go through even if I didn't like it at the time. The only thing I would do differently is talk to him about what I want prior to having baby, like a warm cloth down there prior to pushing & ask him to advocate on my behalf to the nurses. He is a great ob!“

“My baby was delivered by Dr Yaron Friedman, who was working in Dr. Klein's office at the time. I would have appointments with the both of them throughout my pregnancy. Both doctors were very personable with a great sense of humor. They gave me a due date of February 11th, my last appointment was about a week before and I was seeing Dr. Klein that day. At the end of our appointment he asked me what I was going to name my baby, I told him her name, he said it was nice and wished me well after the ultrasound. I was the last appointment that day, and on my way out he was sitting there with his guitar playing Eric Clapton for my baby girl. I'm crying as I type this because she was born February 10 just 20 minutes shy of her due date... that was 20 years ago. My daughter is in her second year of college now...Can you guess her name?“

I stumbled over John Muir obgyn in Walnut Creek. I'm so gratefully for this clinic. They are very Proffecionel and helpful. No bad experience. My doctor Dr. Nadine Hanna. This lady is truly amazing. She is very thoughtful, respectful and concerning. She listens with kind eyes. When I email her from my chart, I get response in more than a timely manor. She knows her stuff. She just did laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery on me few days ago. She gave me options and good medical sound advice before we came to the conclusion of removing what with the uterus. I'm really great full to have great care.“

“Today was my first visit with Dr. Morando at Pleasant Hill location. Before I was a patient of Dr. Stephen Weinstein, who recently retired. Therefore I was referred to that office to continue my care. I was hard to get an appointment due to volume of patience, and I was considering finding new OBGYN. I am very glad that I was patient and waited to see Dr. Morando. She is very personable, caring, professional and have an excellent bed side manners. I felt comfortable with her right away, which is not easy considering type of care she is providing! Office was clean and tidy. Wait time was no more than 10 minutes. Her medical staff was also friendly and caring!“
