"You need to come back for another appointment, call and book another"This ABSOLUTELY needs to change, instead of me calling, clogging up the phone lines being put on hold, and getting told "all our appointments are booked", YOU need to tell us the "NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT" and just book me for that one. For some reason this place can only plan appointments in small increments of 2 weeks to a month. Sometimes the answer is, and I kid you not, "We're booked for the month, KEEP CALLING AGAIN"... WHY? I want to say thank you sooooo much to Julio!!!!! He was the best.He made my time there on the 3rd floor in urgent care so present. He even helped me down to the lab.Had to write this review i haven't even left the building yet.

Waited 2 hrs on the phone to make an appointment today. I was caller #7 then two minutes later #11... they always take forever to answer but today!! Two hours!! There was only one caller ahead of me and 40 min went by and still no answer. Why??
