I had an 8:00 AM appointment and arrived a few minutes early. While the office doors don't open until right at 8:00 AM (good to know if you're an early bird like me!), everything went smoothly as soon as they opened.
Front Desk: The receptionist was super helpful and proactive, taking the time to warn me that certain routine tests (like Vitamin D) might not be fully covered by insurance.
Provider: Dr. Lu'ukia Ruidas, MD was fantastic—incredibly thorough, attentive, and great to work with.
Lab & Facilities: The entire clinic, waiting area, and lab were spotless. Nate (or Nathan) in the lab was exceptionally friendly and made the blood draw quick and easy.
