brought my daughter in for a visit and had a concerning experience. I asked if the bubblegum polishing paste contained fluoride and was told it did NOT. Something felt off, so I stopped the procedure to double-check, and it appeared that it actually DOES.
What concerned me most was being given unclear information and having to interrupt to verify. I also wish alternative options (like fluoride-free paste or skipping the step) had been offered more proactively. Not against fluoride but be so fr my daughter is 4 and her teeth are literally perfect.

Anyone heard that BEFORE seeing the dentist, we have to pick up a “vitamin” from their office, schedule a video call, apply the “vitamin” to your kid’s teeth, and only then you can see a dentist in person? Is this even legal?

Serita is very very rude. Sounds like she is drunk on the phone, sluring her words: Probably shouldn’t be working a job where she deals with people. Put her in the back filing paper, would be much better for you guys to have friendly people who want to work.
