Before I had no issue getting on the phone to get registration, appointments scheduled now I spend 53 minutes on the phone and just when it starts ringing the call "drops"
The attention is very, very terrible from the dentists, I have been with them for 1 year wanting to replace my tooth and they have not been able to replace it, they only schedule me for cleaning and cleaning, and another cleaning and they schedule me from time to time when it arrives the date and they tell me your teeth have to be cleaned again and that's how they just collect their money I think and they haven't been able to put my teeth in for a year
Dental service is horrible, doesn’t give appointments for more than 3 months. When I ask the reason of the wait time the dental receptionist hanged up the phone on me. Don’t recommend for others.
