Maya was the instructor and gave a tour of the studio when I arrived. She went over how the class goes and it was easy to follow along to her cues. I felt so energized and strong just in one workout. The studio was really clean and easy to find and park. They provide towels for the workout so you don’t have to bring your own. The workout kicked my butt but it definitely motivated me to become stronger and push myself, and I will plan to come back again.”
