“Update 02/16/2024: (changing 1 star to 5 star) I got a text from Rosey. The business phone system has been down and sometimes work for more than 2 weeks now. And PetDesk doesn't work if you are a new customer. Unfortunately, my account has my daughter's phone and my appointment won't link. I finally got a new appointment and will be heading there in a few weeks.From my past experience, their veterinarians are all nice and easy to communicate with. My current dog is very happy with this place. they offer neuter/spay, vaccines and also have Xray and other pet services. They also sell dog food, I believe it's all Hill Science diet.02/15/2024I currently take my dog here and want to make an appt. Using PetDesk, I never get a confirmation. I called their number and left multiple messages and no one ever called me back.I have anew dog I wan to take here but the way their customer service works, I'll just go somewhere else.“

“I needed to get the FAVN rabies titer test done for my cats to travel to Hawaii. Dr Gil was able to enroll directly with Kansas State University’s Veterinary Lab and provide the test at a more affordable rate than other vets in the Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley area. I had the test done on 9/18 and got the results back on 10/3. Pretty quick!“

“Dr. O’Dwyer and the team are absolutely the best and we are so thankful for everything they have done to care for our 2 senior dogs. We had many visits including annual exams, dental and emergencies throughout the years (since 2018) and we were always given an excellent care during each visit. “The vet techs are sweet, and the doctor is really kind. I’ve had to go to them twice now, once for when my dog was attacked and had to undergo surgery that same day. They were communicative and kind.Then, when my dog had what I thought was an eye infection, they figured out it was a thorn inside of her eye, and helped me to get an appointment with a specialist that same day.“
