She understood everything I expressed - from my texture (wavy), to the shape I wanted, to how deeply cut my bangs were and she nailed it. I recently tried his latest formaldehyde-free keratin treatment, and I’m beyond impressed. My hair stays smooth, frizz-free, and healthy-looking even though I have an active gym routine.
