“Stopped by to get my hair trimmed in Nov. So happy Q was able to take me in last minute considering it was my first time there. She commented on my hair, wondering who colored it with blue/green tones. I laughed, and mentioned I colored my hair and ok with the tones because it will eventually fade. I explained since covid, I haven't seen anyone for haircut or color, and how hard it is to find a good stylist to trust without making far advance appt.My struggle was also finding someone who can help me blend my hair as I transitioned to embrace my grays. Q had a vision to help correct my hair while blending the grays, for a subtle look. She mentioned, if I would put my trust in her, she would make time to fit me in that same week (three days later). That was unexpected. I was surprised she was willing to help correct my hair, and take me in so quickly for highlights and color correcting. A five or six plus hour process on a Friday, a busy day for her, and manage to quote me a reasonable price. I had to accept, and was nervous but open to her suggestion.Q managed to correct my hair color, juggle managing the salon solely run by her, and managing calls along with scheduled appts in btwn my processing time. I never felt neglected or unattended, as she always checked on me.Overall, the service was amazing. She delivered as promised and more. I am loving my haircut and subtle corrected neutral ash tones blending with my grays.Thank you again, Q! It was such a pleasure meeting you and getting to know you. I look forward to seeing you again!“
