“Jacob came out to give me a quote for a roof repair. I cannot see enough good things about the customer service. He schedule an appointment, was on time and did a very detailed quote for me. I had several companies come out around the same time. Most were in and out a few minutes and gave me the quick sale pitch. That’s where Jacob was different.
