California Pro Builders
“We had the opportunity to work with California Pro Builders on a full ground up construction of our approximately 4,000 sq ft custom home in Sherman Oaks, including a complete backyard buildout with a custom pool and hardscape and I can confidently say the experience exceeded all expectations.
From the very beginning, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. The project started with planning, architectural coordination, and permitting, all handled smoothly and efficiently. They were extremely knowledgeable about Los Angeles building requirements and guided us through every step of the process with clarity and transparency.
Throughout construction, the quality of workmanship was outstanding. From the foundation, framing, and structural work to the finishes, every phase was executed with precision. The crews were reliable, clean, and respectful of the job site all times. Their project management was excellent communication was consistent, timelines were well managed, and any challenges were addressed quickly and professionally.
One of the most impressive aspects was their ability to handle both the home construction and the outdoor space seamlessly. The pool, decking, and landscaping integration were done beautifully and truly elevated the entire property. The attention to detail in both interior and exterior finishes reflects their commitment to high-end craftsmanship.
What sets California Pro Builders apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. They were always available, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure the final result matched our vision. There were no surprises everything was handled with integrity and transparency.
