Shai and his crew were a blessing.

For over a decade, our downstairs leaked every time it rained. No one could figure it out, and it kept getting worse—until part of the dining room ceiling finally collapsed from all the water.

I have compete trust in Shai Butel and his team to manage a project from start to finish. His lead staff have been with him for many years and so I know and recognize them from project to project. It is a strong recommendation to know there is very little turnover and the whole staff like their jobs. If there are mistakes, they come back to fix them. My new kitchen looks great, but this only the most recent of many other projects Butel has done for me.

Shai is a man of integrity- a dedicated, hard worker who makes sure he is accessible to his clients and a phenomenal therapist and realist when an inevitable hurdle is encountered. He is hands-on and up-front. His team is lovely, respectful and diligent. A remodel that took longer than expected wasn't the headache it could have been thanks to his crew and subcontractors. I can't recommend Butel Construction enough. They were collaborative, knowledgable, mindful, trustworthy and most importantly, easy to work with. As much as I hold my breath when my husband discusses the next project we can take on, I know it will be a pleasure to work with Shai again.
