Overdue review, but I wanted to leave 5 stars for Shahar and his team! Earlier this year, we needed to remove a load bearing wall between two rooms to open it up into a large room. Shahar was so nice and so professional from the beginning. Dealing with contractors is often not a great experience because you don't know who you can trust or who would do a good job, there are lot's of people after your money without actually solving your problem. But, I have to say, this is a guy you can absolutely trust with your project. I had water damage in the kitchen at my property in Santa Clarita. I contacted Overland Remodeling and met with Shahar. He was very professional and knowledgeable, I told him what I wanted and he took it from there. He gave great advice and suggestions. The kitchen came out beautiful. I will be using them in the future to have my patio done. I highly recommend this company.
