From the first phone call scheduling my appointment to the day I had my turf done, this company approached my job with the utmost professionalism. My salesperson Johana was informative and Jose was able to answer all of my questions the day that they came out to put in the turf. It was really a pleasurable experience from start to finish. I have already referred some of my friends and family. I'm so happy with the outcome of my front yard.

We decided to get quotes for replacing our lawn and Josem came out and not only was down to earth and friendly, but he did not pressure us on committing. He sketched our whole front yard with measurements and showed us the drawing which I found very professional. It wasn't a rough estimate or an about number which made me feel a lot better about what I was paying for when he did his legit drawing out our dimensions of our lawn. We had concerns with our dog urine making the fake grass either smell or turn ugly and he reassured us the material they use and what they would do to help with that problem. He was also the only person that came out and gave us a quote and gave us some guidance on a material film that goes on our dual pane windows to help protect the life of the grass so the sunlight that reflects from it won't burn or ruin it quicker. He was the only one that gave us that guidance of all the people that came out and gave us quotes. We signed the paperwork and the guys got to work. They worked very hard in the heat that was going on and had to return the next day to complete just a small amount of the job left. Once done, Josem came out for a final walk through and wanted to make sure we were happy with the job. We love being outside again! Thank you!!

I called Desert Turf last Friday about a time sensitive job, and Johana was at our house on Saturday morning to do a walkthrough and give me a very fair quote. I hired them that day. It's Wednesday, and I am looking at my brand new yard. To be fair, I have a small yard and it was a straightforward job, but this is not the kind of speed or service I have seen from any other company throughout a three-year ADU project. Johana was great to work with and her crew was speedy, professional, and did great work. I cannot recommend this company enough, and I only wish I had more projects to do with them.
