“Fortunate to have this vet urgent care in Santa Monica. I was able to walk in Sunday morning when my dog had an ear infection. The staff & vet Dr. Hinchey were kind and caring. Medical treatment was comprehensive and reasonable priced (for the area). I really felt good leaving, knowing that my dog was well taken care of, treatment plan in place with a follow up scheduled.

“Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. We arrived on time for the appointment and were taken back to the treatment room, but then were not seen, while other pets were seen. When I checked back in with the front desk, they appeared to not know who we were, when our appointment was, or when or if we would be seen. Bad all around.

UPDATE: This issue was promptly--and graciously--resolved with a follow up appointment the following day and free exam. It is refreshing for a veterinary practice to acknowledge and address a concern so quickly and directly. We will be returning.“

I know my cats are always getting the best vet care. I love the hours and how they are open on Saturdays. Most vets aren’t even open on Saturdays. Very clean and very beautiful inside. When my cat became stressed and reactive during the visit, the team handled it with patience and compassion.
