Vendors have very little control over warranty company decisions based on our previous warranty experiences. Pacific is a family owned business and Victor was hands on and honest in his assessments. “In Nov. of 2024 my condo in Palm Springs was deeply impacted by a power surge caused by our local service provider. One of the items impacted was my HVAC, I didn't know where to start so I put a project request in on yelp and one of the vendors that reached out was Thomson AC.
