My Roof job was a complete replacement - old shingles were destroyed by unprecedented rain event - so job was simple: remove all old surfaces and replace with new .. They also recommended, and I agreed, to complete over-sheathing with new plywood since the original was dry and liable to splintering. Roof Workers did a good job and were meticulous, though there were some specific errors which I think would have gone uncorrected if I wasn't here. However .. I am still waiting for my warranty papers and final receipt after a month has gone by :-(

Their after service support is great. 4 years after they did a great roofing job on our house they came out and did a small touch up repair free and within a few days. highly recommended!

My professional hat is off to Preman Roofing and the whole team. As a real estate professional myself, I deal with many subcontractors for the full range of construction services in my daily Work. Preman Roofing provided an experienced salesperson to visit our project, managers throughout the set up process who kept me acknowledged as to the progress and scope as we moved forward and then an experienced site manager who actually managed his crew. I am impressed and grateful . I have written two reviews in my life and this is one of them. Well done Preman Roofing
