“Update 10/24/23- My fiance and myself came in for some pre-wedding treatment to get ready for our big day. As always Agnes did not disappoint! She was personable and funny and made my fiance's first facial such a treat. We both left glowing and refreshed. My fiance even said " I can see why you go to her, she is good at what she does, worth every penny" now ladies, my fiance is a very frugal man who was very skeptical about paying this kind of money for skin care. So for him to say such things is a testament to how good she is! So, go see her! and take your hunny bunny too!_________________________________________What a gem of a business and person this is.Agnes has been nothing but accommodating, kind and professional with each visit.She is so informative throughout the entire process and fully upfront with what she is doing. “I just received the greatest compliment ever -- my husband was staring at me and told me, out of the blue, that my eyebrows looked nice. This is coming from the guy that's openly disliked my brows the past 6 years because the microblading I had done just wasn't doing me any favors -- thick, overbearing, and uneven. Luckily that's all in the past now, and I have Leann to thank for doing the absolute BEST CORRECTION.I'd been putting it off for so many years because I was convinced my best course of action would be to wait for the old microblading to fade away. I'm so glad I spontaneously DM'd Leann one day in response to her story, and was surprised she actually engaged in a conversation with me immediately, asking for pics of my brows and so forth. I felt welcomed and valued as a client, so that made me more feel more comfortable about moving forward with her.She was somehow able to fix the mismatched shape I had previously, and the red muddy color is nowhere to be seen. She was gentle but so efficient. I can tell she pays attention to the little things, because the entire studio was spotless and felt open, airy, and everything was in perfect order. “Dr. Ngo is wonderful! I have been seeing Dr. Ngo to treat my melasma, not expecting a miracle as I educated myself on how/why I have melasma and well aware that it's difficult to treat. I honestly was just hoping that she can make it fade a bit so I can cover it up easier with some makeup. To my very pleasant surprise, she's able to break it up, make it fade, and a good portion of it on my cheeks have even went away. Since my initial treatment, I have not been using makeup to cover my melasma. I am confident enough to put in some sunblock and leave the house as is. I trust Dr. Ngo completely as she explained and walked me through what she thinks would be the best treatment plan for my skin type/condition. I have done a couple of IPL and microneedling in between and have seen wonderful results. I am very happy. So far Dr. Ngo has delivered results that surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Ngo for your skin care needs.“

“I had found Paulene online and needed to get my skin right before my elopement photos in Ireland. I went for myself and my husband. Paulene was quick to respond to my questions and get me an appointment very quickly. The facial was thorough and a great experience for my husband and me. Her knowledge of what was needed for my skin and its needs, exceeded my expectation. Her recommendation for the skincare routine for my husband and I have worked out very well. “This review is long overdue. I originally found Peony Healings & Spa's business card through a vegan restaurant in 2022 since I was looking for vegan facials. I'm picky when it comes to skincare/ beauty treatments. I'm all about the fancy life, and Huong's facials are the best. She knows how to treat stubborn spots like no other. I went two times to get a (much more expensive!) Hydrafacial in a different spa next to my house, but they were ineffective against the one big whitehead I had. Huong got the stubborn whitehead out in one facial and with minimal discomfort. After a facial from Huong, my skin is glowing, and I get so many compliments. She even noticeably lightened up my brown spots (which hadn't noticeably changed after three Clear + Brilliant laser treatment$$$). Huong works hard through the entire facial. While she lets product sit on your skin, she stays busy massaging your arms/legs. The environment is welcoming. I love the warm bed and calming background music. Her prices are reasonable too, and she offers discounted packages of 5. Huong is a sweet person with a calming presence and voice. She's a good listener and never pushy about buying more products or services. I appreciate that she doesn't try to rush me into or out of the room. She also doesn't ask me to leave her reviews. :) My now-fiancé thoroughly enjoyed our couples massages here, especially with Leila. (I'm not that big on massages.) I've sent my mom and my little cousin for facials, and they were both super impressed - especially my little cousin who struggles with acne. Now I'm sending my sister and my aunt too - I'm sure they will also love it.“
