We had yoga, a relaxing individual massage, great food, and lots of interesting activities. Rolandas, the artist, was especially fun to watch creating his beautiful food mandalas while sharing interesting information about colors, vitamins, fruits, and vegetables.
I also really enjoyed Agne’s presentation about fascia and skincare — I definitely learned something new.
The highlight for me was the sound bath at the end, with Agne playing sound bowls and two professional violinists while we floated on air mattresses in the gorgeous pool. Such a peaceful and memorable experience!
