“I went here for the first time a few days ago and my experience was wonderful! My appointment was with Jessica for the Vitalize Peel. She was very helpful and accommodating by showing me the ingredient lists for all the items used - I have a long list of ingredients I am supposed to avoid due to contact dermatitis. I was given detailed instructions for my aftercare. My skin is looking great so far, I will post a pic after my skin is done peeling. “Katrina changed my perspective on lash lift. She asked lots of question to give the customer the best personalized experience. I was looking for a natural lash lift, kinda like asian style. Most place I go to, their definition of natural is every lashes stand upward. It's still pretty but doesn't really go well with how I look. But Katrina gave me the perfect 75 degree upward upon my request and I love it. So just give her a description and she basically and make anything come true !!“

“I've been getting my lashes done by Michelle for almost 7 years!! after going from lash tech to lash tech, she is the BEST. my lashes are always full and hold retention. Before seeing Michelle, I'd have to get lashes done weekly because they would fall out so fast (I'm a rough sleeper). Michelle introduced me to mega volume lashes and they have been a game changer! Literally the best in the game and that's coming from someone that is very meticulous about their lashes!!“

“I found this salon through a friend after feeling disappointed in my new hairstyle from another salon. Because I had already spent considerable money, I was reluctant to make another appointment a week later, and didn't want to return to the previous salon for fear of another unwanted haircut, color style. I took a chance and called Jodie! SHE IS EXCEPTIONAL!!!' Prior to the appointment, we texted, I sent picture and we spoke on the phone about what I wanted. Because my hair is super short and growing back after cancer treatments there wasn't too much I could do. A week after I got the original haircut/color, I had my appointment with Jodie. She made me feel fabulous and I LOVED my hair. Everyone comments on how much younger I look and I cannot be more grateful. I wanted a special new hairstyle because I had finished cancer treatments, I was attending my son's college graduation in a week and meeting my birth mother for the first time. No pressure . Jodie is my new permanent hairstylist. My sister loved my hair so much, she went a few days later and we looked like a million bucks for our upcoming weekend. “Update: Whent back a second time to get a pretty pink and simple design and I loved it. My nails lasted a good three weeks before chipping on my right hand... I will be back soon! :) Here's the truth... I never get my nails done, like hardly ever. Maybe like five times in my whole life and I'm not a teenager lol. I'm low maintenance & the service has never wowed me. Well this place is a Gem. LISA did my nails and she was so sweet & friendly. I hate small talk so we skipped it...we actually had meaningful conversation which I appreciated. I showed her the design I saved from Pinterest and it was no problem! She was genuinely interested in ensuring I left happy and didn't try to discourage me by up charging me for a "complex" design. I'm actually looking forward to coming back and trying all the Pinterest designs I haven't gotten to. Ladies, you know there are a TON of Nail shops, competition is fierce. LISA has earned my business because she gets what GOOD customer service is all about. The way you feel during and after is what will keep your business thriving. Book an appointment with Lisa or just walk in... you'll want to come back too!“
