Appointment is at 11:45. Email and text says to arrive at least 15 minutes early. It's 11:46 and I've been sitting in the waiting room alone since I walker in 15 minutes ago. I probably just need to relax lol Update: only one in the office at the time on Saturday was Gavin, my masseur. Session was great. Got the Yelp first timer package thingy for $79 on a $99 and did a 1 hour deep tissue massage. Iphone easily navigated me to the strip mall they're located in, conveniently by Board and Brew for lunch, and Trader Joe's so I was able to knock out at least that much in my day, in close proximity. Will be coming back soon.

If you're having back and hip and/or leg pain and neuropathy, I highly recommend Chinese acupuncturist and herbalist Peter Sadorian. About three months ago on a Friday I was getting a deep tissue massage with Cyndi when she invited Peter Sadorian into the room to take my pulses. I didn't know what this meant but Cyndi was concerned about my walking and movement which was why I was on her massage table in the first place. (I'd injured my back in Nov 2020 and had tried epidurals, Rolfing, and other types of acupuncture, but nothing had helped - Cyndi was referred by Gina a Reiki healer at Collective Energy.) My 1st time was okay. I got lost. It's located in a small plaza, adjacent to the dental office. I think my therapist was very talkative which is probably not good if I wanted to relax. Today was my 2nd visit, about 3 months later. Elena, the therapist, was fabulous. Loved her technique and she listened to my requests. They offer facials too but you have to book in advance. For me, I liked how easy it was to get a same-day appointment. I texted them and was in the massage room 30 min later. It's about $89 for 60-min which is fair.
