“I was searching for a good Korean medspa and came across this place. My consultation with Rachel was great. She was very welcoming and honest.

Vivian did my treatment today and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind and attentive! I was comfortable throughout the entire process and didn't feel rushed at all. She also has amazing massaging skill!

I had some extractions done and was a little worried about how red my skin would look afterward, but it was surprisingly minimal. My skin felt calm and looked fine right after the treatment.

“Walked in for a haircut just before 6 and they closed at 7. Kim was welcoming and listened well. I asked for a lot cut off and she asked my “why” and I mentioned my kids pull on it. She suggested layers and keeping the length and I’m glad she did. My hair feels lighter but I still have some length and a new style. Very affordable, just $45 for a cut and style! She was so sweet to my husband and kids that we will be bringing them here from now on. When I left she offered to curl my hair too, how sweet! 10/10 recommend.“

“I've been to three head spa places (this one and two around SF, where I'm from), and this is by far my favorite and the best quality! I've only tried Package #4, and I LOOOOVE it! What's great: 1. I really like ANNA. I've experienced many spa techs who aren't intuitive with their touch, where you can tell they're just going through the motions or are distracted. Anna's focused, hardworking, careful, and intuitive. There was some language barrier when I wanted more pressure, but she was quick to whip out her phone translation app and adjust her technique. 2. the place is really well-run. I believe Phi's the owner (same guy at the front desk), and he runs a tight ship. The place is sparkling clean (the bathroom is the benchmark, and the one here is nice!!), and each staff member is super professional in the way they carry themselves and interact with customers. 3. 2 free drinks with your visit in a lovely little lounge dedicated to just sitting around! After I was done with my appt, I actually hung out in the lounge for 40 extra minutes to nurse my rose and just relax on my phone. I was NOT in a hurry to leave haha. I love Package #4 - besides the head massage and wash, it also included a mini facial and a short feet massage. It's 90 minutes of pure ASMR bliss! I wish the places around SF are at this quality :( Btw, you can buy 10 and get 2 free as a package deal! As a side note, I left my earrings there when I visited in late Sept. When I called in, Phi was nice enough to offer shipping them to me, or have me pick them up when I return to LA. I finally went back in mid-Dec (2.5 months later!), and Phi immediately returned them... in a nice little protective pouch! I was so touched and impressed by the level of detail and care they put into their service! Quality flows top down, and this place has great leadership! “I found Spring on Yelp about two years ago, and I haven’t stopped coming to her since. I’ve been to other high end salons and I have never received such great service and been given such a good deal for haircuts. In all honesty, I would let Spring do anything to my hair because I know it will be done well. I trust her advice over anyone else’s. She non stop hears me ask if it looks good or what I should do, and she always gives me a straight forward response. You can tell she cares about her customers, and is willing to give her straight forward opinion for the benefit of the customer. I genuinely love her so much, and I don’t think I will ever go to another salon. Highly recommend and I always refer my friends here!!

“Ivy is incredible! My fiancé, Dad, and myself have gone to her for facials and a lash lift (for me). She speaks Vietnamese so it was great that she could talk through the facial with my dad! She’s also very responsive and knowledgeable. Always answers my questions and is honestly so sweet. I love how there are different facial options. Her studio is located inside a bridal shop (being in my fiancé era, I’m probably gonna have to check out the beautiful dresses there!) I’d definitely recommend going to her for your facial and lash lift needs!“
