What a great company to deal with! Most companies say they want you to be happy no matter what and then don't stand up to that statement, not TEAM ROOTER!! Israel and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we were happy in the final outcome of our projects. While there were a couple hiccups along the way, these guys did everything asked for and more to resolve our situation and we could not be happier. In the end, they wanted us to be happy with their service no matter what and I truly believe that was their ultimate goal. Erwin showed up at my house in Simi Valley promptly.Very professional and well groomed.Had my shower drain cleared in about 20 minutes.It was severely clogged with construction debris from redoing the tile.Highly recommend, only charged $69 because it was an easy access drain.Be ready to pay a little extra if the drain is hard to access, but still worth it.
Great service, both Angel and Aaron were very professional and explained each step in the process. With the camera you're able to see where issues will need to be addressed in the future.
