“Hired Kurt for a full reroofing for our cabin in Crestline, we bought it and after the snow melted realized it still had original roofing that was poorly crumbly. Kurt came to inspect within days and gave us a fairly competitive price amongst other quotes up the mountain.The job was completed within 3 days and his team did a great job keeping the property clean and making the project easy for us since we can't always be at the property -- besides being onsite during a roofing project is stressful and loud. Process went from quoting, asking between which brand of composite (our choice of material) and color, scheduling project dates, and permit application. Went up on the roof after the project was done and everything looks great. He easily invoiced us and we received permit certificate from SB for our records.“

“well we have been doing business with this company for the last 20 years. Carl Smith was the one I worked with and we even had a "maintenance " contract that we renewed every year and that took care of all the roof checks and repairs if needed. At that time I would give 5 stars. But unfortunately Carl, either passed away or retired and his son Mike took over. In winter of 2021, Mike did do the maintenance repair which had to be redone because of errors one of his guys made. But this year when I attempted to contact them for the yearly roof check, I have not been able to contact them and it looks like they have gone out of busines. The business license is no longer active.“

Pete came out and took some measurements sent over a professional up scale quote the same day. Pete said his team would start at 7AM they were on time and brought there "A" game. “They rebuilt my balcony which is the roof for part of my downstairs. 2 months before my warranty was about to expire it started to leak. (5 year warranty) I contacted them and they came out and fixed the leak at no cost to me and no hassle. You might think the roof should of lasted longer but flat balconies are known for getting leaks. Just a great company.“

“We could write volumes about Roberto and Arrowhead Roofing. Last November a tree fell on our roof in Lake Arrowhead. When the tree was removed we had an unplanned skylight. Began calling roofers in the area and the only one who called back, actually was working on a roof and came down from the roof to return our call, was Roberto. Being November, being uncertain weather conditions, he made a trip over and covered the hole and secured the tarp. A few days later a neighbor called and apparently the chimney had been involved and was potentially causing exposure to the interior. Again, Roberto came right over and took care of that. It was during that time he was able to assess the damage, noted it extensive and advised we needed to get the insurance company involved. Then the snow storm of all storms hit for the next several months and we had to sit back as no one, including ourselves, could get to the property. As the snow began to melt, Roberto would go over to the property to see if he would be able to start. Steep roof, steep driveway and SNOW! Roberto took before/during/and final pictures of his work which was invaluable when the insurance company wanted documentation. The chimney was the first to be done. An expert chimney contractor handled that repair following just how Roberto conducts business ~ honest, forthright, timely and knowledgeable. All communications to us from Roberto and Jose (Chimney) were excellent keeping us updated as things went along. At this point we had not personally met either men, but the manner in which they responded to our emergency and communication made us feel very comfortable to go forward with them. No regrets. Every step of the way we were kept informed and the job proceeded perfectly. They worked clean and respected our property.
