(5 year warranty) I contacted them and they came out and fixed the leak at no cost to me and no hassle. “well we have been doing business with this company for the last 20 years. Carl Smith was the one I worked with and we even had a "maintenance " contract that we renewed every year and that took care of all the roof checks and repairs if needed. At that time I would give 5 stars. But unfortunately Carl, either passed away or retired and his son Mike took over. In winter of 2021, Mike did do the maintenance repair which had to be redone because of errors one of his guys made. But this year when I attempted to contact them for the yearly roof check, I have not been able to contact them and it looks like they have gone out of busines. The business license is no longer active.“
