Moe adjusted two dresses for me. He provides professional quality work. Moe did Alterations for many years at Nordstrom's prior to having his Highland location. Moe is genuine, he took the time to explain to my why some alterations cost more than others. He does great, quality work and prices are good compared to other alteration companies. I will definitely be back.

Mr. Davis is everything (and anything) you could ever dream up in a Taekwondo instructor. He doesn’t just know his stuff — he lives it. He’s so patient, calm, understanding, and kind. He’s amazing with kids, and just as great with parents. He’s all about respect and integrity, and somehow manages to be stern but gentle, tough but graceful, fun but always honest.

I highly recommend this salon! It’s got good vibes and great stylists. Tiffany was recommended through a friend and let me tell you she’s amazing! I have dark Latina hair and she has been able to blonde my hair and still maintain its integrity. She listens to what I want and is realistic with me on what level of blonde is achievable. This is a key quality to have as I have left other salons with damaged hair. Aside from being an amazing stylist she has a great personality. I always look forward to my appointments with her 10/10 recommend.
I love me some Vanessa Weave Pro DOWN!! I have been using this hair for years, colored it, bleached it and still in great condition. I recently went in there and bought the Burmese curly hair. After wearing it curly, I wanted to get some straight hair. When I went back to inquire about new hair, the lady with the red hair was SO REAL!! She’s like “Burmese curly straightens, you don’t need new bundles (I had bought the Burmese 4 bundles about two months prior). You don’t get honest, integral service like that. I will FOREVER use Vanessa Weave Pro.
It was my first time at this salon and I booked an appointment for a double process and a bang trim with Ashanae. I loved the environment immediately and felt very comfortable the whole time. Helen is very detailed and takes her time. She always goes an extra mile to make sure her customers are satisfied. She’s clean and thorough. If you’re looking for a fancy nail shop this place is not for you. It’s a hidden gem ‘hole in the wall’ sort of place. The prices are literally the best in the whole area fyi. Basic Pedicures are $25.00 this includes the scrub! The massage is wonderful. She ALWAYS removes the skin on the sides of my nail beds- something No other place will do. You just have to call her ahead of time to make an appointment because she’s the only person here that does the work. Her dad works here for doing basic haircuts. He’s very reasonable as well. When I moved out to Highland in 1998, I had settled in a nail shop in the local Walmart plaza..until I discovered they gave me a nail fungus! Note - that place is no longer in business. After that, I found another shop that treated me right for a good long time, until it had changed owners several times and made me feel rushed the last couple years I was there. I knew it was time for a change, but I just didn't know where to go..And then I discovered 1st Nails! They are conveniently located on Baseline across from City Hall in a little plaza. And let me tell you... this shop is AMAZING!!! They do several types of nail treatments. They do acrylic, gel...and a new type that I am absolutely in love with called a dip nail treatment. It's stronger your normal acrylic nails, easier on the fingers and instead of needing a refill every two weeks I can now go every 3 to 4 weeks and my nails still look wonderful. The polish does not smear, chip or rub and stays perfect the entire time!Note. They are by appointment only. It's a small shop but they give you that personal touch every time. They also do pedicures. The owners are very personable. Shane runs the business end and his husband Ben does the nails, and you just can't go wrong with them. They are very honest and amazing and will make you feel welcome every time.5 stars easily! Would give them more if I could!"

I went in for a full set. Wanted Halloween nails, let him choose design. Have been complimented so many times on my nails. When he did my nails, je didn't ebem catch the skin beside it so didn't leave any wounds. Will definitely go back again.

In Style Nail Spa is a really nice, clean, and modern shop. I went in for a manicure and pedicure and left very content with the service. The pricing is solid, but the quality of the work is even better. They paid attention to detail and made sure everything was done right. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending.

I walked into this nail shop a couple months back and still come in to this day because their services are fantastic. No complaints so far. Lisa and Ashley present themselves so gently and are very friendly. Andy is also friendly. What I like is they do their best to leave you satisfied with their work, very attentive, and despite it being 3 of them, they work at a fast pace while still doing a great job. They are patient and listen to what you want, they deliver every time.

Banderas plumbing gave me a great price after another plumber had come out an quoted me earlier in the morning more than double the price. I called them and they came right away. She is amazing. I've seen her years ago. She saved one of my personal dogs from being crippled and years later I have brought some of my rescue dogs to her that she is also helped. Them walk again. She is a miracle worker and anytime. I know anyone that's having a problem with mobility with their dog. Whether it's senior or an accident, I always refer them to Doctor she is absolutely fantastic..

Dr. Asaad successfully performed a mass removal and skin flap on my dog, who had a level 1 soft tissue sarcoma on his leg, near the bone. It was a long healing process but the staff was extremely patient with my reactive dog and even when wait times were long, it was always worth the wait. Better to come in and make an appointment, instead of calling. Staff is super kind and you can tell they care about all the animals that come in. This was my first visit to this massage therapy shop, and the experience was amazing! The environment is clean, cozy, and relaxing — I felt at ease the moment I walked in. The massage therapist was very professional, with just the right amount of pressure, especially around my shoulders and back. I felt so much more relaxed afterward.
