“I truly enjoyed my experience getting a Fractional CO₂ laser at Dermatown. It was my first time ever getting a laser procedure done on my face, so I was a bit nervous. Thankfully, the customer service was amazing, and they made me feel completely comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.

They provided detailed post-treatment instructions and even gave me a take-home kit with skincare products, tools, and clear directions on how to properly care for my skin. One thing I really appreciated was being able to send daily photos of my progress so they could monitor my healing and guide me step by step as my skin went through each stage of recovery.

“My son attends sessions here. I really want to talk to someone in higher authority apart from the receptionists/ front desk about a concern I have. Who can I talk to. I would prefer a telephone number if possible. Not the phone number listed on their website because the front desk picks up.
