I visited this location and was shocked at the exceptional customer service I received from Ms. Thompson. She greeted me with a lovely smile and I suddenly forgot about all my health issues for a moment. She treated me like a human and was sympathetic to my situation. Sometimes you meet people and don’t know what to expect when you share a little about yourself but she made me feel seen and I felt the care she provided. All 5 stars a dedicated to her. I would like to share my experience with my mammogram at Kaiser. I was feeling nervous and scared, but the nurse who took care of me was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, patient, and caring, and she did an amazing job helping me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the process.
