“I visited this location and was shocked at the exceptional customer service I received from Ms. Thompson. She greeted me with a lovely smile and I suddenly forgot about all my health issues for a moment. She treated me like a human and was sympathetic to my situation. Sometimes you meet people and don’t know what to expect when you share a little about yourself but she made me feel seen and I felt the care she provided. All 5 stars a dedicated to her. I can’t thank her enough for the emotional support I’m sure she didn’t even know she provided to me. I will never forget this experience and I am grateful there are still good people in this world. Thank you Kaiser for hiring such a sweet individual. I’ve been to many locations and have received horrible service and even thought about leaving but she turned my whole experience around with just one simple check in.
