“This must needed Urgent Care Center is here to serve us in our need of medical care. Despite the petty negative reviews I've read on this platform, clinics like these should be praised for their dedication in serving urgent situations. Upon walking in for my scheduled appointment, I received professional care by Gabriella and Omaira, as I was received with a warm smile. I immediately felted at ease. The young woman that took my vitals, also, was professional and friendly (sorry, don't remember your name). After a short wait, I was treated by Dr. Keaney a professional, knowledgeable, caring, friendly and what I call an angel. As we are All without fault we must try to remember to put ourselves in their shoes and give praise to our healthcare servants. Thank you, St. Francis Urgent Care Center, you are awesome!!“

“My visit was to Urgent care was very short , after checking in, it only took 2 minutes for the nurse to call me in , after going over my symptoms, the nurse concluded that I should transfer immediately to the ER clinic, nevertheless the ln- take medical assistant was very helpful , courteous , prompt. I am very grateful for caring treatment of the Urgent care staff.“

“I am very content with my urgent care visit here this Saturday morning. My son needed to be seen for a cough and we were in and out within 2 hours without an appt. If you already have an account established, you can make an appt same day which is nice. Every staff member was nice and knowledgeable. Radiology and lab are readily available if needed. The waiting room is pretty big with good vending machines. Thank you Dr Baffoe - Bonnie for your attentiveness and bedside manner. I would happily come back here for urgent care needs.“

“I always have a great experience whenever I come here. I usually see Annabelle and Ekta, and they are both awesome. Unlike most doctors offices that try to rush you out as soon as they can, here I’m always seen quickly and they take their time answering all my questions. So far they have gone above and beyond to try to be helpful. I really cant understand some of the negative comments here, maybe they just weren’t prepared?“

“I went here 5/3/25 with an appointment. I needed a referral and they said I was not assigned to them yet. The staff went above and beyond and the owner called their insurance agent. Apparently my insurance company is not informing people like me it takes a few days to show in the system. I am currently on the phone with them since this place shows my old dr and insurance and my new insurance says no I am assigned. They went ahead and pushed my paperwork through so I could be seen. I want to give a huge shout out and I am sorry I got frustrated that day. I am 17 weeks pregnant and trying not to have a gap in my OB care. TY again staff at Progressive Urgent care.“
