AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Unfortunately, Romero roofing is no longer the same company it used to be. Since the elder Romero retired and handed over the company to his grandson 5-10 years ago, the workmanship / quality and responsiveness have taken a nosedive. They remain very cost effective, however, you will likely end up paying more in the long run to repair their work. This is what happened to my mother who had used Romero successfully for a decade. After hiring Romero most recently to replace a flat modified bitumen roof at her home, the roof began to spring leaks within 5 years of installation. I been dealing with Romero roofing for close to 40 years, through 4 roofs at three different locations. I have dealt with 2 generations of Romeros. The quality of work, the quick response time and the fairness of prices have all exceeded my expectations. If there were more than 5 stars to rate, I would rate Romero roofing 10 stars! A great family owned local company.

Ed was responsive. His assessment is honest and the charge is reasonable. There was a leak on My tile roof around the chimney. . He came to my house to take a look at the leak and just fixed it by applying sealant to the gap that caused the leak while he was here. He charged me symbolically for that. He then told me that if the leak comes back again in a few year, he'd do a more thorough job to remove the tiles and apply flashing and mortar as a long term fix. Another company quoted me more than four times what Ed quoted me for the same repair
