The project was challenging for a variety of reasons not the least of which was it was done 100% remotely which Mehdi taking the reigns for project management as part of his stellar general contractor services. Mehdi is both artistic and practical (with his engineering background) and he has great vision on re-imagining a space and more importantly, he listens to you and collaborates with you to come up with a final product that exceeds expectations! To be clear this was a very large project with included remodeling of the master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom, two stories of flooring and stairs, kitchen and living room re-imagining as well. While we were at it, we upgraded the entire lighting system to smart home. His team are gifted with turning the vision into a physical reality and they are very detail oriented and orderly, I have nothing but praise for their dedication to the project. The quality of materials was also excellent and I anticipate they will provide a lifetime of enjoyment. I would work with Mehdi again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much!“

“We closed on a townhome back in May and unfortunately realized that the tile flooring on the second floor was completely done incorrectly when contacting multiple businesses about repairing some loose tiles. After speaking with several contractors, we chose Carpet Spectrum due to their time in the industry and the fact they were licensed specifically for flooring and tile as I wanted things done right the first time. I made multiple trips to their location in Lomita to take a look at samples and they allow you to borrow some to take home to see how it'll look in the space. The staff was always friendly and Jason came on-site to our home to measure the space for an estimate; he also answered any questions I had via email and was very responsive. We decided for ease & pricing to go with a luxury vinyl plank and everything was done in 5 days. We love how the flooring turned out and it was a huge plus that they also took care of moving our appliances during install. Highly recommend Carpet Spectrum for your flooring needs!“

“We called Eshed after seeing his many five star reviews. The granite strip at the edge of our kitchen sink had cracked and lifted. We thought the repair would be extensive and expensive. Eshed immediately came out and repaired the granite so that the crack is completely invisible. Old world craftsman skills at a reasonable cost. While he was here he and his crew re-grouted all our sinks and the bathtub... then re-sealed my kitchen granite counters. They look brand new. Excellent work. They worked efficiently and totally cleaned up after the job. We are more than satisfied with his work and highly recommend him to anyone needing tile or stone work.“

“We had reached out to Pulsar for a quote on a major gut renovation. It was a great experience working with Elena on a quote. During our home walkthrough, she was on time, professional, and helpful in immediately calling out suggestions or previous learnings from construction around the city that could bring risk to our desired timeline. They undoubtedly bring high end quality work, and their quote was very detailed/reasonable and focused on the right things. Ultimately we went with another contractor that included a dedicated full-time designer due to our unique situation of not having bandwidth to be available for decision-making for our contractors, but we were very impressed and would have gone with Pulsar otherwise. “Matt, Owner from Setai Kitchen is truly the best contractor I ever dealt with in my 59 yr life. (I have many projects in our home last 2 decades). We loved the outcome of our main living area of Kitchen, Living Room, Master bedroom and bath on 2nd Floor, so, we decided to do the entire remodel of our 1st floor AND balcony. Here are the points that blew my mind. 1. Project timeline. Basically he did 3 projects : Entire 2nd floor, 1st floor and Balcony His team was here at my house every day including Saturday and completed the project way before the estimated timeline. 2nd floor: 7 weeks,(I got 4 other quotes and all of them said, timeline will be about 12-14 wks!) 1st floor: 3 weeks, balcony: 2 weeks2. Price : very reasonable for the highest quality. Matt has a graphic design background, so he has an excellent design concept and suggestions, which included with his price. Besides, his shop has variety of products and he can coordinate all the materials based on the design he and I came up with. 3. Personality Matt became my dear dear friends. He is just so friendly, very honest, and on top of EVERYTHING. But he pushes this team very hard to ensure the highest quality of the work. Also, he loves animals!! 4. Flexibility All remodels have some unforeseen issues, which he addressed the very day or at latest next day and make it better to the perfection. We had some changes in kitchen hood after being installed. He had no problem to take it out and redo the cabinet(!!) without any extra charge.5. His Team He has the best team I ever dealt with. They are so polite and professional. They became very dear to me. There is not even 1 incident I was not happy with. Can you believe that?? 6. Stress Free Entire remodeling, we lived in the house. Normally it can be stressful. but you know what? I had no stress! Reason is I knew that Matt is always one call away and support me no matter what. This trust with contractor is extremely rare. My neighbors complimented how I look so happy during remodel without any stress. Right after Matt finished all his projects, I did back yard remodel with large reputable company. They are very good, but I hadMatt experience which isfar beyond my expectation, so my standard was pretty high. When back yard remodel was in process, I always compared to Matt and truly felt how exceptional Matt's team was. I cannot just say enough about him.
