Checked in for my 4:40 appointment, paid my copay. 45 minutes goes by and I ask what’s going on? Receptionist then tells me they messed up my check-in, and my appt had been cancelled. How do you possibly mess up a check in? How don’t you know that it’s cancelled, and inform me when I’m standing 20’ away for 45 minutes as the only person in the lobby? That’s bs. As a fellow sutter health employee that’s just absurd to have that experience. No, I don’t want to reschedule. As a receptionist, what are you doing to not check someone in properly.

I started out having lunch one day where a girl in uniform was drinking mimosas. She was really nice at first and she said she was an x-ray tech here, and she had a country accent and was from Kentucky.Nonetheless, I ended up running into her later that night , where she had just left work still in uniform and was even more intoxicated. I find it highly unprofessional for workers and the medical field of all fields, to go into work intoxicated. Something should be done about this.

Wow--why are there no reviews for this place? What is happening?? This is such an awesome clinic for women, and the only place I've gone for many years--for my annual mammogram, and also for ultrasound and MRI, plus stereotactic guided biopsy. It's a dedicated clinic (outpatient) for women, where they do all manners of breast exams, with specialist doctors/radiologists onsite who read the xrays as they're done (they give you the results immediately). This is also true of the ultrasounds. They're reepectfil, and the environment is quiet and soothing, almost zen-like. It's not full of cacophony and noise, with a million things going on. I came here for my last visit during the time of COVID, and they're reducing the number of patients at any given time, plus taking all the usual precautions. I cannot imagine a better, more dedicated place with a competent team of doctors. Btw., they have a huge lot of indoor and outdoor free parking, for which they will validate, so be sure to take your parking ticket with you!
