“At 1 am we had to make the hardest decision, as a pet owner we ever had to make. We knew it was time to take our precious dog in, because we could not let him suffer and wait until the morning for his normal vet to open. We called around and decided to go here. Everyone at this place was great. Our dog could not walk and they brought out a stretcher to wheel him in. Everything was explained to us, step by step on what would happened and we were told we could take as much time as needed to say goodbye. We were taken a beautiful room with nice decor and dim lights. It just made it seem more like home instead of a cold examination room. When they brought out our dog he was still on the stretcher but had been placed over a nice blanket and he had a blanket on him. We took our time saying our goodbyes and no one rushed us. Even the vet talked to him and reassured us for various reasons we already knew we were making the right decision. Obviously, we left heartbroken but happy that the staff was so caring. Two weeks later we received this hand written card from the staff with his name inside. It just a small little token that made our experience here a great one.“

“Best vet office I've ever used. Have been going for years. All the veterinarians are friendly, caring, and work well with the animals. My 60 pound, muscle-laden pitbull is a huge handful, and they are all always so patient. Highly recommend!“

Just have to be patient and post for another 3-6months.

Update; unfortunately the ears didn't stay up sadly. Only when she is running at full speed.“

This was our first appointment with our dog and I am so glad we changed vets and started coming here!“

“Went for my kitten who was having a multitude of issues as well as for my grandma’s cat who has been having upper respiratory issues for the past month. When we got in the room not only did they do a thorough exam of both cats but they really made sure we addressed the issues we needed for them. For example we were told exactly how old my kitten was when we thought he was only a few weeks old but turns out he is 6 months old. They really worked with us with our budget too and I think the pricing was fair. I really recommend going to this vet. Doctor Blanchard was awesome.“

“I love the Doctor his love for animals shows and he knows his stuff,never tries to over charge trys to fit your budget, also always subject if can't afford this than just get this. The assistant are to beautiful to me they help me out a lot going above and beyond every time. “First time there. Nice front desk people. Dropped off feral cat for spay so never met the Dr. My neighbor recommended and I plan to continue going there. Spay was only 180 compared to other places I checked were asking 300-500. They use walk in only system, no appointments.“

“I enjoy going there the people that work there are really nice they even go out of their way to say hello to my dogs by their names the doctor that runs the place is a really nice lady she remembers my dog's names too she even does surgery on dogs she really seems to know what she's doing“

“My frenchie lost the use of his back legs in a matter of hours. Rushed him to veterinary emergency center of Redlands and was seen almost immediately after arriving. He was diagnosed with IVDD and we were provided with a few options to help alleviate his pain. I opted for the cold laser therapy (6 session) package which is preformed in office as well as the recommended meds for home. Just after one treatment he was doing much better. The staff was friendly and compassionate. The vet was very thorough and explained all options in detail. Facility was extremely clean, organized and welcoming. Highly recommend!“
