My Boerboel had a hematoma on the flappy part of his ear that needed draining. He’s a big boy that needs to be sedated before appointments. The staff was VERY patient with us during his exam as he doesn’t let strangers touch him. He needed surgery the following day. The anesthesiologist was very careful administering his medication. It took a few tries but he was asleep within 10 mins. Surgery took a couple of hours. We’ve been getting follow-up calls from RAH for the past week just to check in on him. I really appreciate that! All that to say the staff is very patient, compassionate and kind. Your animals care is a priority here. All of my puppies will be coming… read full review
During the Labor Day weekend, my dog wasn't feeling well. My regular vet was closed so I looked at reviews and called Rialto Animal Hospital. They squeezed me in and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor spent time with my pet and explained what she found and what she could do to get her eating again. It gave me piece of mind and helped get my dog back on her feet. It is a wonderful place. I highly recommend it.
Had an absolute fantastic first time appointment here with my dog. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The staff and medical team made my pup feel right at home. It's a huge relief to find a vet office I can trust. I highly recommend!
