Vets were super knowledgeable and very helpful. We waited in the car for checkin, which was great. However I didn't expect a 2 1/2 hour wait in a room. My poor kitty was panicked the whole time. Would have definitely preferred to sit in the car with her.

The lady that attended to us was very compassionate it was at 2 am so I hope she gets credit for being sympathetic and caring for the premature kitten we got the run around from the services in Corona!

We thought our boy was.plugged. They got us in quickly and thank goodness he wasn't but we do have other issues. We were treated with kindness and love. So thankful for the doctors and techs who work here. We need you!!! Would highly recommend for emergencies!!
